All event registrations made on our platform are non-refundable. Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Event Cancellation by Future Crime Research Foundation

In the unlikely event that Future Crime Research Foundation cancels a scheduled event, registered participants will be promptly notified. Participants will be given the option to:

  • Transfer their registration to a future event of equal value, or
  • Receive a credit that can be applied to any other event hosted by Future Crime Research Foundation.

2.2 Participant Cancellation

Participants may not cancel their event registration once payment is processed. Registrants acknowledge that their registration is binding and non-transferable.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an event on Future Crime Research Foundation’s platform, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant and Future Crime Research Foundation.

2. Registration and Payment

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Registration fees are non-refundable, as per the non-refundable policy outlined in the refund and cancellation policy.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites or requirements associated with the event. Any materials or information provided during the event are for personal, non-commercial use, and participants may not reproduce or distribute them without explicit permission.

4. Event Modifications or Cancellations

Future Crime Research Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, low registration, speaker unavailability, or technical issues.
